Details: We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead of Business Development & Digital Revenue who will play a pivotal role in recruiting, training, and developing business development account executives who are new to the media industry. The ideal candidate will not only have a proven track record of driving new business but also the leadership skills to mentor, coach, and build a strong, sustainable sales team. Incorporate structured training programs, sales playbooks, and performance benchmarks tailored to new-to-industry sellers. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development to ensure team members build confidence, expertise, and strong client relationships. Lead the team in identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities across broadcast and digital platforms. Foster a positive, performance-driven culture that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging digital solutions to position the team and station as trusted marketing partners. Track and evaluate team performance, providing actionable feedback and strategies for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of sales experience in media, advertising, or digital platforms. Ability to train and develop entry-level talent into successful account executives. Strong understanding of media sales, digital advertising products (OTT/CTV, programmatic, social, search, display, video), and integrated marketing strategies. Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring others. Results-oriented mindset with a proven record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining focus on long-term team development.
