Dental Assistant – Hometown Dental (Luling, LA)

Join a growing private dental practice where patients are treated like family and team culture matters.

Hometown Dental is seeking a motivated, dependable Dental Assistant who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and delivering excellent care. We are a modern, technology-driven practice focused on providing expert care with a hometown feel.

What You'll Do

Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care
Assist with scanning, impressions, and restorative procedures
Ensure patient comfort throughout their visit
Support a positive, team-oriented office culture

What We're Looking For

Dental assisting experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and punctual
Team player who enjoys helping others succeed

Located in Luling, Louisiana, Hometown Dental is a growing private practice committed to exceptional patient care and a positive workplace culture. We believe in teamwork, accountability, and creating an environment where both patients and team members feel valued.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
No evenings
No weekends

Pay: Competitive and based on experience.
