Must-Have Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / Dataverse development
- Strong development experience with:
- C# (.NET Framework and .NET 8 / Modern .NET)
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Dynamics Plugins , Custom Workflow Activities , and Web Resources
- Experience with Power Platform
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Custom Connectors
- Strong understanding of Dataverse Web API and REST integrations
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, and providing estimates Azure & Integration Experience
- Azure Functions
- Azure Function migration projects (Runtime 3.x to 4.x, .NET Framework to .NET 8 preferred)
- Azure Service Bus
- Queue-based integrations
- Azure Blob Storage
- Hybrid integrations between cloud applications and on-prem SQL Server environments
- Security roles and security model design
- Environment management and solution layering
- Managed solutions and deployment practices
- Source control and release management
- Multi-entity and multi-currency Dynamics implementations
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
- SSIS , Azure Data Factory, or Logic Apps
- SSRS to Power BI migration experience
- SharePoint integration and document management
- Dynamics 365 Copilot or Copilot Studio experience
- ERP integrations (NetSuite or similar)
- GDPR, data residency, or international CRM implementations
