The assignment is ideal for a pharmacist who can step into a PRN setting and contribute immediately to daily pharmacy operations.RequirementsActive Indiana Pharmacist license in good standingPrior inpatient or hospital pharmacy experience preferredEPIC experience requiredExperience with medication reconciliation and discharge counselingStrong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detailResponsibilitiesVerify, prepare, and dispense medications in accordance with state and federal regulationsSupport medication reconciliation and discharge medication counselingMonitor drug therapy for dosing accuracy, interactions, and contraindicationsParticipate in antimicrobial stewardship and pharmacokinetic dosing supportMaintain accurate documentation and controlled substance accountabilitySupport pharmacy safety, quality, and regulatory compliance effortsCollaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teamsMaintain patient confidentiality and professional standardsThis assignment supports an organization that prioritizes patient and employee safety, teamwork, and continuous quality improvement.
