- MUST Be Able To Follow Written Instructions.
- MUST Have a valid DL.
- MUST speak English.
- MUST pass a background check.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience.
- Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, sprayers etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques
- Interact professionally with customers.
- Follow work orders.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, Patching, Repairing or by other means necessary
- Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks
- Inspect paint jobs for quality
- Perform daily maintenance clean up routines on painting equipment
- Previous experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling (3 YEARS of experience minimum)
- Valid driver’s license
- Have reliable transportation to commute between job sites
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Allowed to work in the US
