Senior SEO Manager
Arlington, TX (On-site) - Relocation offered
We’re working with a growing organization to add a Senior SEO Manager who will own and scale organic search strategy across a multi-market footprint. This role is highly visible and plays a key part in driving qualified traffic, improving search visibility, and supporting overall demand generation efforts.

What You’ll Do
- Lead enterprise SEO strategy across national and regional markets
- Own technical SEO initiatives (site architecture, crawlability, indexation, site speed, etc.)
- Partner with web and engineering teams to implement best practices, including Core Web Vitals and structured data
- Drive keyword strategy and content direction aligned to search intent
- Oversee local SEO efforts to improve visibility across multiple markets
- Establish and track SEO performance metrics , identifying opportunities to optimize growth
- Analyze performance trends and implement data-driven improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with paid search, analytics, and content teams
What They’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in SEO (technical + content)
- Experience managing SEO for large-scale or multi-location websites
- Strong understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and optimization strategies
- Ability to turn search data into actionable insights and strategy
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and marketing teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with leading SEO tools and platforms
- Familiarity with large CMS environments and templated page structures
- Background managing local SEO programs at scale
