This position reports to the property manager./ppPrimary Responsibilities Include:/pulliAssign and assist with apartment service requests, ensuring all work orders are logged accurately and completed promptly/liliManage vacant apartments, ensuring timely preparation for new leases/liliMaintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trash/liliProvide excellent customer service to residents/liliHandle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, installations, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards. Tasks include:/li/ululliElectrical circuits, switches, receptacles, breakers, and light fixtures/liliAppliance repairs and installations (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers)/liliPlumbing repairs (toilets, sinks, vanities, disposals)/liliCaulking, minor carpentry, window screens, and blinds/liliInterior and exterior doors, minor painting, drywall repair/liliBulk trash removal (including appliances)/liliClearing drains and sewer lines up to 4/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliIn-depth knowledge of maintenance repair and service/liliRequired apartment maintenance experience/liliStrong leadership and management skills/liliHVAC Certification preferred/liliAble to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders/liliEffective written and verbal communication skills/liliAbility to work weekends as required/li/ul/div
