Job Description The Janitor performs routine building cleaning tasks to maintain clean and safe facilities and grounds at CMI's customer site in Artesia, NM. - Perform a full range of janitorial and custodial assignments such as mopping, cleaning walls,
- Perform semi-skilled and skilled duties in other trade areas as required
- Perform other work as assigned or required on the contract
- A working knowledge of building cleaning practices supplies and equipment
- Knowledge of proper use of a wide range of chemicals according to the state federal regulations handling
- Knowledge of disposing of hazardous materials and blood borne pathogens
- Teamwork
