Prava Therapy is looking for an entrepreneurial Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to lead and grow an on-site outpatient practice serving more than 250 independent living residents who want to remain active, independent, and thriving.
This is a rare opportunity to combine clinical excellence with business ownership—without the headache of building a practice from scratch.
What You'll Build
You'll become the trusted movement and wellness expert for two established senior living communities, creating meaningful relationships while growing a concierge outpatient practice designed around exceptional outcomes and resident experience.
