Job Description Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) Job Summary Harvest Talent Solutions has an excellent opportunity for an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced emergency room environment delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across all age groups. Employment Type: Full Time Shift: 12-Hour shifts | Days & Nights available Location: Etters, PA Compensation: $38.00 to $52.00 per hour , based on experience, shift, and qualifications. Shift differentials available for nights and weekends. Essential Job Functions Assess, plan, prioritize, implement, and evaluate age-specific and developmentally appropriate nursing care in the Emergency Department Deliver advanced specialty nursing care while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and dignity Accurately and consistently document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record Observe, record, and report patient signs, symptoms, behaviors, and physiological status Recommend revisions to care plans, interventions, and desired outcomes as patient conditions evolve Follow physician orders and established clinical protocols in the delivery of nursing care Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and facility policies Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing in accordance with established procedures and COLA and CLIA regulations Adhere to infection control, isolation, and aseptic techniques at all times Perform admission, discharge, and transfer procedures Assemble equipment and supplies and assist with diagnostic and treatment procedures Provide care in accordance with hospital, departmental, and regulatory standards, including state Board of Nursing requirements Other Job Functions Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities as assigned Attend required staff meetings, trainings, and company-sponsored meetings Float to alternate locations as requested based on staffing needs and patient care requirements Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care and operations Required Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma, required; BSN preferred Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state Minimum of 2 years of full-time RN experience in the Emergency Department or comparable acute care setting Current BLS, ACLS or ALS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross ENPC may be accepted in place of PALS TNCC preferred Certifications may be obtained prior to starting, if not currently held Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation with shift differentials Flexible scheduling options Supportive clinical and leadership environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Dedicated recruiter support throughout the hiring and onboarding process About Harvest Talent Solutions Harvest Talent Solutions partners with healthcare organizations to connect experienced clinicians with opportunities where they can grow and make an impact.
