We're hiring seasonal Receptionists to join the guest support team this holiday season. This is a great fit if you enjoy being organized, staying on top of details, and being the friendly first voice someone hears when they reach out with a question.

What you'll do:

• Answer incoming calls and greet guests warmly as their first point of contact
• Direct inquiries to the right person or department
• Schedule, log, and track guest interactions and requests
• Maintain accurate records and files
• Manage multiple phone lines and communication channels at once
• Keep the front-of-house running smoothly during busy periods

Schedule:

• Full-time, seasonal: October 2026 through early January 2027
• Schedule varies based on business needs; evenings and weekends required
• Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day off
• On-site in Knoxville, TN — remote work is not available

Pay: $20.00/hour to start
