About the Position

Compensation Package

• Base salary of $460,000 + production

• $100,000 sign-on bonus

• Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision

Facility Details

• Team includes:

  • 2 Otolaryngology Physicians

  • 1 Allergy/Immunology Physician

  • 1 APP

  • 1 Audiologist

• Call 1:3 (beeper call)

• Mostly outpatient; 1–2 OR days per week

• Clinic equipped with onsite CT scanner

• Clinic hours: Mon–Thurs 8a–5p; Fridays until noon

• Independent model with hospital-employed or private practice options

Responsibilities

• Care for patients of all ages

• Higher volume of pediatric surgical cases ( ages 2+; healthy peds )

Qualifications & Skills

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

• Strong clinical skills and dedication to high-quality patient care
