Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Valid Physical Therapy license
• Bachelor's Degree
• Home Health experience
• PT License

Assignment Details

• Schedule: M - F day shift
• Weekend or on-call requirement: No
• Coverage area includes Mifflin County and Juniata County
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
• Primary responsibilities include home physical therapy
