Job Summary


We are looking for a motivated Junior AI Developer to join our AI and Machine Learning team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software development. You will work with experienced engineers and researchers to develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications, while gaining hands-on experience with modern AI technologies and best practices.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and testing AI and machine learning models.
• Build and maintain AI-powered applications using Python and machine learning frameworks.
• Support data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Implement and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models under the guidance of senior team members.
• Develop applications using APIs for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
• Assist in building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and AI chatbots.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
• Debug, test, and optimize AI applications for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, software developers, data scientists, and product teams.
• Stay updated on emerging AI, machine learning, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or software development (internships and academic projects are welcome).
• Good understanding of machine learning fundamentals and basic deep learning concepts.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Basic knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or Generative AI concepts.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with SQL and basic database concepts.
• Experience using Git for version control.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini.
• Exposure to frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON.
• Knowledge of Docker and Linux fundamentals.
• Personal, academic, or open-source AI projects showcased on GitHub.
