The Opportunity We are seeking a dependable Packer to assist with the movement of work‑in‑process (WIP) and finished product through press and finishing operations. This role supports machine operators by loading and unloading materials, packing finished goods, assembling boxes, and ensuring product accuracy and quality. The position plays a critical role in maintaining smooth product flow and meeting customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Catch product after printing, affixing, or shrink‑wrap processes. Verify correct sequence numbers throughout production. Assemble empty boxes as required. Verify box counts and package product according to job ticket instructions. Assist operators in locating and staging product. Understand and follow Quality Control requirements for each job. Ensure accuracy and integrity of product data. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area. Follow established product flow and handling instructions. Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations. What You Need to Succeed Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of, or ability to learn, safety rules, procedures, and operating policies. Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
