About You: You're a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist. You're passionate about the healing power of touch and dedicated to providing exceptional client care. You possess a deep understanding of various massage modalities and are adept at tailoring treatments to meet individual needs. You're a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute your expertise to a team of seasoned professionals. What You'll Do: Provide a wide range of massage modalities, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and hot stone massage. Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, preferences, and any contraindications. Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments. Deliver exceptional massage treatments that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols. Provide clients with education on self-care techniques and aftercare instructions. Contribute to a positive and collaborative, drama-free work environment. What You'll Need: Current and valid Texas Massage Therapy license. Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for providing exceptional client care. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
