Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate each patient through comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans with measurable goals and timeframes.

• Implement an evidence-based approach that incorporates manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and cutting-edge technology personalized to each client's needs.

• Provide one-on-one sessions with clients, allowing for meaningful engagement and support, including follow-up consultations to monitor progress.

• Maintain thorough documentation of clinical and progress summaries to track each patient's journey toward recovery.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring they have all necessary information to support patient evaluations and care continuity.

• Participate in marketing efforts by engaging with current and prospective patients through follow-up calls, enhancing retention and satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base primarily consists of active, athletic individuals, predominantly aged 35 and older, who are highly motivated to engage with their treatment plans for optimal results. This includes elite and professional athletes as well as younger patients with orthopedic issues who are committed to improving their health. Our supportive environment encourages clients to actively participate in their recovery journey, aligning perfectly with our philosophy of rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• A valid California state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• A minimum of five years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, showcasing a strong background in delivering high-quality care.

• Exceptional manual therapy skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development through continuing education.

• A collaborative mindset with a team-oriented approach to patient care, enhancing the overall clinic environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience or certification in advanced therapeutic techniques such as Pilates, NAIOMT training, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), or other specialized modalities.

• Interest in teaching small group fitness classes, further engaging with our community of active clients.

• Experience working with vestibular and post-concussion patients, with an understanding of their unique rehabilitation needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level.
