Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Clinic/outpatient RN to take an assignment in Cleveland, Ohio.

**Required Experience:** - 18 months combined permanent experience in specialty applying for is required. It is preferable for this experience to be within one location but can be combined. - 18 months recent SICU experience is required, travel experience will suffice. **Licensure and Certifications:** - Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand at time of submission. - AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. Required certifications need to be active and in hand at the time of submission. **Additional Requirements:** - One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months and no co-worker references will be accepted. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. - Traveler must work at least every other holiday. **Other:** - COVID-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine are required, with medical/religious exemptions only. - No license hits or open cases are accepted. - BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing a contract. - Candidates may extend for 18 months; after which a 6-month break is required, unless deferred by the client. - Nurses and CSTs are exempt from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements; all other travelers must be nicotine-free with a negative drug screen required annually.
