Associate III - Production Operations

DescriptionA client with Kforce is seeking a Production Operations Associate to join their team onsite in Columbus, Ohio or Columbus, Georgia. We are looking to hire two (2) resources - one at the Ohio location, and one at the Georgia location. Shifts: Monday-Friday 8PM-5AM EST for working shift; Training is 4-6 weeks minimum and will be 1st shift - must be available for both shifts.Duties:* Perform routine operational tasks following established procedures* Monitor production systems and escalate issues as needed* Maintain accurate logs and documentation for compliance and audit* Assist in process improvements and participate in team projects* At senior levels: mentor junior associates and coordinate small workstreams* Consults with internal customers to plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to provide an efficient workflow that adheres to internal and external SLA requirements* May aid in monitoring and reporting performance of client SLAs* Uses complex models to develop operational capacity and monitors workflow to achieve optimal scheduling of work across the production process* Forecasts volumes based on prior history and client projections* Assists in developing operational standards based on production trends and performance levels* May help develop software tracking database as neededRequirements* Effective communication skills* Problem solving* Attention to detail* Prioritization and time management skills* Adaptability across changing production demands, sound operational judgement* Must have: Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)* Nice to have: Power BI or other dashboard tools, process improvementJob TypeContractCompensation15 - $17
