Location: Terrell, TX Job Id: 110 # of Openings: 1 Experienced Service Advisor – Top Pay + Full Benefits at Platinum Ford Location: Terrell, TX Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $6,000 – $10,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Platinum Ford is seeking an experienced Service Advisor who is ready to earn top pay and join a high-performing, customer-focused team. Automotive service advisor experience is required — Ford experience is a plus! We’re looking for a professional who can deliver outstanding customer service, manage repair orders with accuracy, and help drive the success of our service department. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy. Listen to customer concerns and provide clear, accurate information. Recommend appropriate services and repairs based on customer needs and vehicle condition. Provide detailed repair estimates and explain costs and timeframes. Schedule appointments and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Educate customers on repair needs and service recommendations. Strive for and maintain high NPS scores. Requirements Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an automotive Service Advisor (dealership experience preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Solid knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
