Must be pro-active, organized and have excellent customer service skills to lead on-site staff in accomplishing the goals set forth for the property by the Regional and Operations Manager. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. Oversee the leasing process, from showing apartments to prospective tenants to processing applications and lease agreements. Ensure the property is well-maintained by coordinating maintenance requests and conducting regular inspections. Handle tenant concerns and conflicts in a professional and timely manner. Prepare and manage the property’s budget, including rent collection and expense control. Maintain accurate records and reports related to property management activities. Implement and enforce property rules and regulations. Supervise and train on-site staff, including leasing agents and maintenance personnel. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
