Recruiter & Outreach Coordinator Florida State Nurse Registry (FLSNR) is seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter & Outreach Coordinator to support the recruitment, onboarding, and placement of qualified 1099 healthcare contractors, including CNAs, HHAs, LPNs, RNs, and other healthcare professionals as business needs require. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a strong contractor pipeline while increasing FLSNR's visibility, community presence, and referral network throughout Florida. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Contractor Management Source, screen, and onboard qualified healthcare contractors for private duty, facility staffing, and specialty care assignments. Recruit CNAs, HHAs, LPNs, RNs, and other healthcare professionals as needed to support client demands. Verify licenses, certifications, background screenings, and compliance requirements. Coordinate contractor placements and match qualified professionals with client needs. Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS and CRM systems. Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future staffing needs. Conduct phone screenings, contractor engagement activities, and follow‑up communications. Outreach, Marketing & Business Development Support Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase awareness of FLSNR services and contractor opportunities. Create and manage recruitment campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Business Profile, and other digital platforms. Develop engaging social media content, recruitment advertisements, flyers, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Assist in growing FLSNR's online presence, community engagement, and brand recognition. Build relationships with nursing schools, vocational programs, workforce development organizations, healthcare associations, hospitals, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, and community partners. Represent FLSNR at career fairs, networking events, healthcare conferences, and community outreach initiatives. Support referral partner development and local business networking efforts. Talent Pipeline & Workforce Development Create and maintain pipelines of qualified healthcare professionals across multiple counties and service areas. Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill assignments and specialized healthcare roles. Proactively identify new recruiting channels and community partnerships. Maintain regular communication with contractors to improve engagement, responsiveness, and retention. Monitor labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, competitor activity, and workforce availability. Reporting & Systems Maintain recruitment, outreach, and contractor activity within ATS, CRM, and workforce management systems. Utilize platforms such as CEIPAL, Bullhorn, Aviont, Crelate, Zoho Recruit, Workday Recruiting, Greenhouse, or similar systems. Generate recruitment, outreach, social media, and pipeline reports. Track key performance indicators including applicant flow, sourcing effectiveness, placement activity, contractor retention, outreach engagement, and community partnerships. Support workforce planning, process improvements, and data‑driven decision‑making initiatives. Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, outreach, healthcare workforce development, business development support, or related experience. Healthcare recruiting, healthcare staffing, home health, nurse registry, or workforce agency experience preferred. Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and social media recruiting. Strong communication, networking, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Success in This Role The successful candidate will help expand FLSNR's contractor network, strengthen community partnerships, increase social media and market presence, develop sustainable talent pipelines, support business growth initiatives, and ensure a consistent supply of qualified healthcare professionals to meet client needs throughout Florida.
