Location: The Surgical Hospital at Southwoods (Boardman, Ohio)
Schedule: Part-Time | 25 Hours Per Week
Shift Details : Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (No weekends, no holidays!)

Southwoods Health is seeking a dedicated Endoscopy RN to join our team at The Surgical Hospital at Southwoods. In this role, you will provide high-quality direct patient care within the endoscopy setting, including implementing care plans, delivering interventions, and managing medication administration. Essential Duties

• Patient Care: Plan and deliver safe, effective care while monitoring patient conditions and carrying out ordered interventions.
• Documentation: Accurately record patient status, responses to treatment, and progress toward care goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes and experiences.
• Compliance: Maintain patient privacy (HIPAA) and ensure all practices comply with regulatory agencies (OSHA, ODH, TJC, etc.).
• Efficiency: Utilize resources appropriately to support cost-effective care.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Ohio RN license.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA required).
• Education: BSN preferred.
• Experience: Endoscopy experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, leadership, and time management skills.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
