Crew Member for Captain D's APD40

Overview We are looking for responsible, dedicated, and willing to work individuals to be crew members in our Kitchen and Front Counter/Dining Room. Cooks in our kitchen staff contribute to the overall excellence of our restaurant. As a Captain D's cook, you are will learn to prepare the food that millions have cove to love. We are looking for someone to work as a team player, follow instructions, and help us delight our customers with delicious food from our menu. The Front Counter / Hospitality Specialist we would like to employ must be able to interact with our customers in a friendly manner, and provide assistance should any customer require it. Excellent communication skills are paramount to help us continue to provide stellar customer service and provide all of our visitors with an outstanding experience. A qualified candidate must also be able to follow instructions and be a successful member of our team. Previous experience is an advantage, and solid math and multitasking skills are a must. Responsibilities Cook Responsibilities Preparing workstations, cooking ingredients, and kitchen equipment for cooking. Cooking and arranging food. Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen. Preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment. Checking the quality of the food product and ingredients. Preparing cooking ingredients using various techniques. Cooking food using various culinary techniques. Arranging food and ensuring appealing presentation. Manage food storage, stock, and ingredient orders. Front Counter / Hospitality Specialist Responsibilities Greeting customers when entering and leaving the premises. Managing transactions using our register system. Entering orders and ensuring pricing and quantities are accurate. Accepting payments in cash, credit or check. Providing change and receipts. Requesting Customer Service Surveys from guests. Processing returns and refunds, and resolving customer complaints. Upselling and cross-selling products when appropriate. Bagging purchased goods. Requirements Cook Requirements Must be Guest Focused. Must be skilled in operating kitchen equipment. Must desire an opportunity to learn and grow. Must be willing to learn and follow sanitation procedures. Must showcase teamwork and communication skills. Must showcase organizational skills. Must be able to multitask and act quickly. Must work with a sense of urgency. Front Counter / Hospitality Specialist Requirements Must be enthusiastic and friendly. Must be guest focused - have the desire to help and serve others. Must be willing to learn and grow. Experience with POS systems and registers is preferred but not required. Good math skills. Excellent communication skills.
