This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
• Patients per day: 20-22
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Scope: Primary Care
• State Licensure: Active Oregon License
• Credentialing timeframe: 30 - 60 days
