The RoleThe Labvantage LIMS process and implementor will report to and work closely with the Director, Digital LIMS Systems to ensure the implementation of new solutions and improvement of existing systems (LabVantage) for the Moderna Digital Laboratory Systems organization. This role will help shape and deliver the long-term strategic vision for the Quality Control Digital roadmap. This opportunity is unique in the pace and speed we expect and achieve.Here’s What You’ll DoAct as the senior system expert for the LIMS solution (LabVantage)Propose, lead and deploy small and medium-size continuous improvement projects within the Lab SystemsParticipate and provide support for large cross functional projectsCollaborate closely with business stakeholders and internal digital teams to design, develop and implement solutions with integration to MES, SAP, LIMS, and potentially eQMSApplication support for LIMS as a level 2/3 SME, including version control, upgrades, patching and deployments, and system maintenanceHelp shape the strategy for an integrated digital lab systems landscapeParticipate in the delivery of projects and initiatives in a timely and qualitative mannerHighlight potential risks and act proactively to resolve issuesParticipate in the demand management process to assist the business in establishing business cases relating to new systems or potential system changesHere’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)Having 8+ years of Experience with LabVantage LIMS Development is a mustWorked as Functional LIMS Expert, preferably in LabVantage, expertise in GxP environment with a focus on GMPBachelor’s Degree strongly preferred or equivalent training and relative work experience requiredHere’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)Working understanding of cGMP and manufacturing operations and practicesAn understanding of computer systems validation practices (GAMP)Strong communication skills (verbal and written)Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teamsExperience working in a matrixed environmentA desire to make an impact as part of a high-growth, transformational company that is Bold, Relentless, Curious, and Collaborative.Our Working Model As we build our company, we have always believed an in-person culture is critical to our success. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An individual’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, and business or organizational needs.
