What is a shift like at Chick-fil-A as a member of the Back of the House team?

As a member of the Chick-fil-A Back of the House team, your day starts with a freshly made chef's coat. You'll begin your shift setting up kitchen stations with fresh ingredients. You'll prepare iconic dishes like chicken sandwiches and fries with waffles, ensuring quality and speed during the fast breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours. Working closely with your team, you'll maintain a clean and safe kitchen, restock supplies, and follow proper food safety guidelines to keep operations running smoothly.

• Full-time or part-time positions available

Schedule:

• Day shift runs from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexible hours
• Night shift runs from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM with flexible hours

Responsibilities of Back of the House team members:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Know the duties of all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, line, and food prep
• Restock kitchen inventory as needed and as directed
• Keep the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times
• Stay up to date with new products launched by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to management
• Maintain personal knowledge by attending in-house training and staying current with any changes
• Always comply with Chick-fil-A's standards and dress code, including name tag etiquette
• Other duties as assigned

• Consistent and reliable; MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS
