Creative Content Strategist

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Creative Content Strategist to shape and optimize how our audience interacts with and experiences our brand across all touch points.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of content strategy and execution. You won't just write and develop compelling concepts; you will also design the architecture that ensures our content is discoverable, engaging, and systematically delivered.

Role Specific Job Duties:

• Creative Concepting & Copywriting (60%)
• Lead ideation: Develop creative concepts for multi-channel campaigns, product launches, and evergreen initiatives.
• High-impact copywriting: Write clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy for key assets ranging from webpages and thought leadership pieces to ads and video scripts.
• Brand stewardship: Ensure a consistent, authoritative, and engaging brand voice across all content experiences.

• Content Architecture and GXO Strategy (30%)
• Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): Formulate and execute strategies to optimize content for AI-driven search engines and voice search.
• Structured Content Design: Re-architect content into clear, structured formats (FAQs, bulleted summaries, direct-answer modules) that balance UX and AI crawlability.

• Operations and Project Management (10%)
• Workflow Optimization: Audit, design, and implement content workflows to scale content production without sacrificing quality, prioritizing an agile framework for iteration, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Project Management: Own the content lifecycle from brief to deployment, utilizing existing creative operations framework and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
• Tech Stack Integration: Leverage AI tools where appropriate to automate repetitive tasks, streamline research, and improve time-to-completion.

Required Skills / Experience:

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in copywriting and content strategy with a proven track record of delivering high impact campaigns and content deliverables.
• Exceptional Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating versatile writing skills, conceptual thinking, and the ability to turn complex ideas into accessible, engaging narratives.
• Concept Development: Proven experience developing fresh, innovative concepts that are differentiated and human.
• AEO and SEO Fluency: Deep understanding of search engine evaluation, specifically how LLMs pull data.
• Project Management Mastery: Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing content calendars and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret and leverage data to iterate and improve content performance.
• Tech Proficiency: Experience with WordPress, Asana, and generative AI tools used for brainstorming and operational efficiency.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in a fast-growth martech company
• Familiarity with ABM strategies.
