Local Service Manager

Rentokil Pest Control in Adelaide have an excellent opportunity for a local Service Manager to join our team servicing the Adelaide region on a permanent full time basis.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Pest Technicians to ensure quality delivery of service and customer satisfaction.

The main duties for this role will include, but not be limited to:

• Supervise, develop and coach the Pest Technician team
• Conduct & participate in monthly team and safety toolbox meetings
• Conduct regular quality audits
• Inducting new staff members to the team
• Managing and scheduling service runs
• Administration related to servicing activities
• Managing customer feedback
• Covering service runs for Pest Technicians when required

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience in a Supervisory or Management role (minimum 2 years)
• Certificate IV Front line Management (desirable)
• Excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills
• People management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet KPI’s
• Time management skills
• A current Australian Driver's licence is essential
