Technical Support Specialist I

You take accountability for success and thrive in an environment that values curiosity. What You’ll Do Installs, modifies, and repairs computer hardware and software systems. Analyzes system performance and troubleshoots issues. Provides technical assistance and training to system users. Analyze end-user needs and requests; install and ready hardware and peripheral components (monitors, keyboards, printers, disk drives). Load software such as operating systems, Office, and operations software onto computers. Respond to inquiries on systems operations; diagnose and address system hardware, software, and operator issues. Provide updates, status, and completion information to management, problem-tracking systems, and users via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication. Instruct users in use of equipment, software, and related materials. Enter commands and observe system functions to verify correct operation. Monitor and maintain anti-virus programs to ensure desktop systems integrity. Add, delete, and modify associates\' profiles and system permissions on network servers and applications as required. Coordinate activities with network services or other information systems groups. Maintain software licensing records and hardware inventory to ensure effective operations and compliance. Escalate major system problems to computer operations, engineering, or application support. Perform basic telephone maintenance and other duties as assigned. What You Bring High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred, or completion of related coursework/certification. One to two years’ help desk/computer desktop troubleshooting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with computer operating systems, desktop application software, and hardware. Travel may be required for implementing, delivering, and repairing equipment to company locations. Compensation & Benefits Generous paid time off: holidays, floating holidays, personal days, vacation, and sick time. Target hiring range: $56,823.44 – $71,029.30. Why Join OneAZ?
