Grocery Team Lead

Job Overview We are seeking a Grocery Team Leader (Key Holder) for our retail store. The role focuses on opening/closing the store, managing inventory, customer service, and team leadership. Responsibilities Open and close the store. Help complete daily store operations and tasks. Assist in unloading and organizing merchandise from delivery trucks. Maintain product rotation, proper food handling, receiving, and product quality. Provide exceptional customer service, build relationships, and solve problems. Handle cash: bank deposits, cashiers, register counting. Build and train team members; supervise sales associates. Qualifications 1-2 years of retail experience with progressive responsibility. Valid driver’s license preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum age 18. Basic computer skills. Physical & Schedule Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and lift items above shoulder height regularly. Full‑time, flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to operate power equipment safely. This role may require response to alarm calls during non‑working hours. Benefits Pay: $18+/hour based on experience.
