We’re looking for a seasoned professional to oversee mechanical and electrical systems—including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, and fire protection—on large-scale construction projects. This role is perfect for a Superintendent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving challenges on the fly. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years as a superintendent and 6+ years in MEP construction (or equivalent experience). Experience in Data Centers and/or Healthcare construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost control, and contract documents. Expertise in mechanical and electrical systems and BIM coordination. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules. Leadership skills with flexibility for 50–100% national travel.
