About the Role: As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and education. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping patients regain independence, manage chronic conditions, and achieve optimal functional outcomes.
