Welcome! Bienvenidos! I'm Alexa Santana, proud owner of the first-ever State Farm Agency in Rahway, New Jersey. As a bilingual agent (hablo Ingls y Espaol) and lifelong Central New Jersey resident, I've built my agency on connection, compassion, and commitment. With a Bachelor of Science from Centenary University and over 23 years of State Farm experience, I earned the opportunity to open my doors as an agent in April 2021. Becoming a State Farm Agent isn't something that happens overnightit's a journey built on helping others, something I'm deeply passionate about. Being a Legacy Agent (my parents are also State Farm Agents), this career is more than a jobit's part of my family and my purpose. But my most important role? I'm a proud mom to an amazing child with autism. Being a special needs parent has shaped how I lead with empathy, advocate fiercely, and celebrate every milestoneat home and in business. As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Alexa Santana - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain client records and update information as needed.
