Compensation $70-$85 per hour, based on experience Expected Hours Approximately 15–18 hours per week, with flexibility based on caseload availability and clinician preference. What You'll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Analyze client data and make treatment decisions based on measurable progress Provide parent training, caregiver support, and collaboration with school teams Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities Experience supervising direct‑care staff preferred Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision‑making skills Benefits Travel Reimbursement 13 Paid Holidays Flexible schedule Why Join Key Connections?
