About the Role:
Karing Hearts Home Health is looking for a compassionate and skilled Per Diem RN to join our Home Infusion team in Tulare, CA. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered infusion therapy in the comfort of patients' own homes. Responsibilities:

• Administer IV infusion therapies including antibiotics, TPN, hydration, and specialty medications in the home setting
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor responses to infusion treatments
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, medication management, and safety protocols
• Insert, maintain, and troubleshoot peripheral and central venous access devices (PICC lines, ports, etc.)
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care, clinical findings, and treatment progress in accordance with regulatory standards
• Respond to patient concerns and on-call needs as required on a per diem basis

Requirements:

• Active California RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1-2 years of IV/infusion therapy or home health nursing experience preferred
• Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion and central line access and management
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Ability to work independently with a flexible, per diem schedule
