Licensed Sales Agent

We are seeking a motivated and personable Licensed Sales Agent to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. This is an in-office, client-facing role focused on building strong local relationships and serving the insurance needs of your community. Please note: This is not a remote position. You must have active Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses prior to employment.

Compensation: Training salary: $55,000$65,000. $1,000 professional start bonus. Total first-year compensation typically ranges from $55,000$75,000 (base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions). Top performers have the potential to earn $100,000+ in their first year.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
