Day in the Life: You practice relationship based medicine at the top of your license, offering holistic care including prevention, chronic disease management and health education. Resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD are available at no cost. You work autonomously in a team that values patients first, ingenuity, courage, community and fun. Minimum Job Requirements Nurse Practitioner – Active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification; independent practice provider preferred by state regulation; federal DEA number preferred; CPR/BLS certification required at start; independent family practice experience (routine wellness, chronic care, urgent visit) preferred. Physician Associate – Active license and current NCCPA board certification; independent practice provider preferred by state regulation; federal DEA number preferred; CPR/BLS certification required at start; independent family practice experience (routine wellness, chronic care, urgent visit) preferred; full practice authority strongly preferred where applicable. Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $115,000 - $150,000 per year (actual offer varies by location and experience). Benefits include: Non production based compensation package.
