Fraud Systems Test Analyst

Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for fraud platform enhancements, integrations, and vendor-delivered changes. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation activities to ensure system changes meet business requirements and operational expectations. Analyze testing results, identify defects or gaps, and partner with technology teams and vendors to investigate and resolve issues. Support testing and validation activities related to third-party vendor implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Maintain testing artifacts, test evidence, defect logs, and execution status within approved tracking tools, ensuring complete documentation and traceability of testing activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience Typically more than three years of experience in testing, business analysis, fraud operations, risk management, technology support, or related disciplines Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel Experience working effectively within cross-functional project teams Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts, with a strong focus on user acceptance testing and regression testing.
