Supplier Documentation Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)

Pay Rate: $22–$23/hour
Duration: 3 Months (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: On-Site – Erlanger, KY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Documentation Specialist to support quality and compliance efforts related to raw material documentation. This role is responsible for requesting, reviewing, and maintaining supplier documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards.

You will partner closely with quality, procurement, and cross-functional teams to ensure documentation is current, complete, and properly maintained.

• Send documentation requests to vendors for expired or missing records
• Follow up with vendors to obtain accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Track outstanding requests and maintain visibility on missing items
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Organize, file, and upload documents into internal systems (SharePoint or similar)
• Categorize documentation based on required metadata and standards
• Generate supplier-specific communications as needed
• Escalate overdue requests to procurement within defined timelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and data accuracy

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
• Experience in quality, compliance, or food safety is a plus
