The successful candidate will be responsible for the Full Life Cycle of the recruiting process for our clients. This role requires a combination of relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of recruitment processes. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in recruiting in the I.T. industry. Job Duties: Identify prospective candidates - via job board search tools Interview prospective candidates Post jobs on job boards Prep candidates for interviews with client companies Contact candidates post-interview Extend job offers Reach out to candidates who are on assignment, continue to build the relationship Cold calling to identify prospective candidates. You should know some of the following: 2+ years experience as a Technical Recruiter for a staffing agency Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting targets and KPIs Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and hiring processes Experience utilizing an ATS, CRM, LinkedIn #J-18808-Ljbffr Cruitin
