Our organization is in search of a Per Diem OB-GYN physician with experience to become a member of our Labor & Delivery float pool team. This distinctive Per Diem position offers the flexibility to work across various campuses while delivering exceptional obstetrical care. The primary focus of this role is on Labor & Delivery coverage, with occasional chances to assist in clinic operations as necessary. Physicians will have the opportunity to choose available shifts through a first-come, first-served scheduling system, contributing to the coverage needs of a well-respected regional women's health program.

• Per Diem position
• Float role across multiple campuses: Issaquah, First Hill, Edmonds
• 12- or 24-hour call schedules available
• A minimum of 2 years of experience is required
• Hourly compensation is $215
• The listed compensation may include incentives for productivity or quality/service, call pay, and extra shift bonuses, as applicable. Additionally, providers may have access to CME benefits.

Our organization comprises an integrated team of over 1,300 physicians and advanced practice clinicians serving the greater Seattle area. As part of a larger health system, our medical group providers benefit from centralized support and a shared electronic medical record (Epic). With convenient access to seven campuses, providers can deliver superior integrated and coordinated care to residents of northwest Washington.
