Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct and continuously develop international market, customer, trend, and competitive analyses to support marketing, business development, and strategic decisions
• Identify relevant market trends, customer needs, and competitive potentials and derive decision-relevant insights for the organization, including support for the development of marketing strategies, campaigns, and value propositions
• Create target group-oriented insights and decision bases for the organization
• Prepare and visualize complex market data and create reports, dashboards, and presentations for relevant stakeholders to prepare decision-making
• Build and develop market intelligence as a company-wide knowledge and service system
• Interface between the areas of marketing, business development, client program management, and strategy, including the integration of market intelligence insights into strategic and operational processes
• Maintain, analyze, and utilize relevant data sources (e.g., market, competitive, and CRM data) to consistently derive insights along the customer journey

What We Value

• Completed master’s degree in natural sciences
• Several years of professional experience in business development, market intelligence, and in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CDMO industry
• Very good English language skills in speech and writing
• Secure handling of relevant tools and data sources (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems, databases)
• Profound analytical and structured working method as well as the ability to prepare complex information understandably
• Ability to derive relevant insights from data and market information and convey them to the addressees
• Independent working style and sense of responsibility
