Job Summary The Parking and Transportation Department is currently seeking a Temporary Supervisor to join their team of professionals. Responsibilities Supervises customer service operations and ensures high-quality interactions with customers during in-office operations. Provides oversight across all operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective execution. Assists in the development of employee tasks, schedules, and training programs for customer service and operational teams. Effectively resolves customer and operational issues, providing recommendations and strategies to enhance team performance and operational success. Monitors performance metrics and operational workflows to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous optimization of services. Collaborates with other department supervisors to coordinate efforts and align strategies, ensuring consistency across all operations. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience. Desired Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and staff. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of parking and transportation operations is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends as needed.
