Job Description
TITLE: Cath Lab Nurse - Cardiovascular

SCHEDULE: Full-time, 4-10 hour shifts per week, with rotating weekends and evening/weekend call.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40
30-minute callback radius applicable.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Current RN license in the state or eligibility to obtain
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications issued by the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 3 years of RN experience in Cath Lab/EP
- Vascular and/or CVOR experience is a plus
- Flu Vaccination (mandatory) from the current flu season

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients in the Cath Lab.
- Provide pre, intra, and post-procedure care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures.
- Implement and adhere to the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and efficient environment in the Cath Lab.
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-care instructions.
