Key Responsibilities\n \n Deliver virtual individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices that align with therapeutic goals. \n Assess client needs through virtual consultations, ensuring treatment plans are tailored to meet each individual's unique requirements and adhere to medical necessity. \n Facilitate psycho-educational groups and parenting classes that address relevant topics, designed to empower both clients and their families. \n Complete comprehensive client case materials, including treatment notes, program forms, and statistical data, to maintain accurate records for compliance and quality assurance. \n Timely completion of required documentation, charting, and client progress reports to uphold clinical standards and ensure continuity of care. \n Meet the established billing requirements through a determined number of reimbursable therapy hours, optimizing service delivery and organizational goals. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will be working with a diverse population that includes both children and adults, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges. Your expertise will help clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, family conflict, and adjustment disorders. By providing culturally sensitive and individualized care, you will contribute directly to improved mental health outcomes and family dynamics. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington. \n A minimum of three years of professional experience delivering counseling services, preferably in an outpatient setting. \n Strong organizational skills, allowing for efficient case management and adherence to deadlines. \n Self-motivated with the ability to proactively address billing and documentation responsibilities. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy delivery. \n Background in working with children and families, with an emphasis on systemic therapy approaches. \n Familiarity with community health resources and multi-disciplinary collaboration. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
