• Engage with customers in person to understand their wireless, smartphone, and connectivity needs.
• Recommend products and service plans that best fit each customer's lifestyle and budget.
• Build rapport and create a positive customer experience from start to finish.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Stay current on wireless technology, devices, promotions, and service offerings.
• Learn about competitor products and services to confidently explain the value of our solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and complete transactions efficiently.
• Represent the company professionally while creating lasting customer relationships.
