Hiring a Transformation Program Manager Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Permanent Transformation Program Manager to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive the strategic direction of our organization’s transformation initiatives within the construction industry. As a Permanent Transformation Program Manager, you will oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of our transformation programs, from initial conception to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management, with a PMP certification, and a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing transformation programs in the construction industry. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. PMP certification is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a program management role within the construction industry, with a focus on transformation programs. Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large‑scale transformation programs. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and manage effective relationships. Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to a variety of audiences. Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage program budgets effectively. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and PowerPoint.
