Russell Tobin Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina Area Service/Fleet Manager Russell Tobin is seeking a Service/Fleet Manager for an industrial waste solutions company. Location: Greenville, SC or Columbia, SC or Charlotte, NC Job Type: Permanent/Direct Hire Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr This range is provided by Russell Tobin. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities Responsible for repair and maintenance of all site assets Managing a team of 20+ diesel mechanics Managing up to approximately 100 trucks + trailers Purchase and service order systems Maintain, diagnose and repair customer fleet and Owner Operator equipment Maintain parts inventory on all trucks and within warehouse Assist safety and incident management and accident scene investigations Partnered with dispatch, driver supervisors, and customers to ensure available equipment, while also managing roadside assistance as needed Some travel will be involved Benefits Russell Tobin offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.
