Dental Assistant,Dental Hygienist - Clinic

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Dental Hygienist Assistant to work at a facility in Baltimore, MD. Pay Rate $29 / hour Job Responsibilities Prepare and set up treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper sterilization. Assist Dental Hygienists during patient treatment progress. Update patient health history and chart treatment progress. Expose and develop radiographs (if certified). Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care. Coordinate with clinical staff to manage inventory and sterilization of dental instruments. Support the hygienist with patient scheduling and treatment recommendations and office recall systems. Perform routine tasks while ensuring compliance with the industry regulations including HIPAA & OSHA. Required Skills & Experience Prior dental assisting experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort. Required Education High school diploma or GED. Preferred Education Associate’s degree or certification in Dental Assisting. Required Certifications & Licensure X-ray training or certification. BLS certification.
